About us

We are a non-for-profit organisation, that has been delivering community care alarm and response services on behalf of Newcastle City Council since 1984. Our team and fleet of response vehicles is based in South Gosforth.

Our Team

Assessment Officers

Assessment Officers come out to meet you at your home. They complete an assessment with you to determine your needs and can refer to other services that may be of benefit to you.  

Our Assessment Officers install the equipment you have chosen and show you how to use it.

Contact Centre Officers

Contact Centre Officers are there whenever you need them, responding to alarm activations and ensuring you get the help you need.  

The contact centre officers handle the alarm activations and dispatch responders (response officers).

Response Officers

Response Officers work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

They respond to alerts as soon as possible, making sure you are safe. Our Response Officers can also replace equipment when needed and add any additional equipment you have asked for. 

Customer Support Team

The Customer Support Team are available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm for any general enquires.
