You can choose from our wide range of equipment. From simple alarm buttons to flood detectors, pill dispensers and door opening sensors. So you feel safe and have the right equipment for you.

If an alarm is activated, our 24 hour Response Centre is alerted. We will get you the help you need. We can contact your family member or friend, visit you to check you’re ok or send the emergency services.

Our experienced response officers work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will arrive as soon as possible after an alert. They can administer first aid, use specialist equipment to help you up if you have fallen and stay with you until you are safe.
